3D Reflection and planning

So far in my 3D work i have had a few attempts in creating a product, my idea was inspired by some work that i saw online, the idea i had was to print two of the same photograph and edit one so it is black and white and one in colour, i would then take the black and white version of the photograph and cut it into strips once i have cut the whole photograph i will take strips and stick them in the same spot but onto the colour version of the photograph. This gives the photograph a 3D effect which is what i was aiming for.
